Hot chocolate popsicles are a delicious treat for Christmas in July or Christmas in the southern hemisphere. They are easy to make as well!
I’ve had a lot of fun this summer coming up with great summer Christmas treats. While it’s usually cold where I am during Christmas time, many people have warm or even hot Christmases and there don’t seem to be enough hot weather Christmas treats.
I also love to celebrate Christmas in July and you need some of these cool treats to go along with your celebration. It’s also nice to just have a taste of Christmas all year.
Hot chocolate is one of my favorite holiday treats so I wanted to come up with a way to use hot chocolate but without the heat. That’s when I thought I should turn my favorite drink into a popsicle.
I always loved making different popsicles as a kid. Usually, it was just simply using Kool-Aid to make popsicles but as an adult, I’ve gotten a bit more adventurous.
This recipe is still very simple, you just make up your favorite hot chocolate, add it to a popsicle mold with some marshmallows and in a few hours, you will have delicious hot chocolate popsicles.
