Thin Mint cookies are delicious on their own or you can try these amazing Thin Mint recipes. They take the delicious mint chocolate flavor to new levels.

Christmas may be the happiest time of the year but Girl Scout cookie time isn’t far behind. That time of the year when you get delicious cookies and are able to support a good cause all at the same time.

You can extend the amount of time you are able to enjoy Girl Scout cookies by freezing them. It gives you even more reason to stock up when you have the chance.

My favorite Girl Scout cookie is the classic Thin Mint. They are a bit dangerous because you can easily eat a whole package in no time at all.

While I love the Thin Mint cookies on their own I also love to use them in fun recipes. I collected some delicious Thin Mint recipes that are great all year long.

If you don’t have a stash of Thin Mints in your freezer and it’s not currently Girl Scout cookie season you can use Back to Nature Fudge Mint Cookies. They are very similar and will work perfectly in these recipes.

You actually see the Back to Nature version used in this Hidden Fudge Mint Cookie recipe. That recipe can also use Thin Mints. They are interchangeable.
