During the winter months, I drink a lot of hot chocolate. It’s such a wonderful treat on a cold day. Especially if you are curled up on the sofa watching a Christmas movie.
While normal hot chocolate is delicious, I like to experiment with different kinds of hot chocolate. It’s fun to create different flavors and with how much of it I consume during the winter it’s nice to have options.
After ordering some Girl Scout cookies I thought one flavor that would be fun is Thin Mint. They are my favorite Girl Scout cookie and mint and chocolate is a great combination.
It’s even better if you have some Thin Mints on hand and can top the cup with some whipped cream and a cookie. Yum!
You can freeze Girl Scout cookies so stock up on some Thin Mints this Girl Scout cookie season. That way you have plenty on hand for this delicious drink.
